Viziers Coaching | Shaping the mindset of great leaders

My story

What makes me Unique? Embracing change

I am Vanessa Florence Roux, executive and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience in business development, B2G expertise, and P&L management in Central and West Africa. I hold an INSEAD Coaching Certificate, a Senior Executive Program Africa from Harvard Business School, as well as a Ph.D. in International Relations and Diplomacy from CEDS and economic intelligence from IHEDN military school in Paris.

I coach leaders in French and English, using a psycho-dynamic approach and can interact in both Spanish and Portuguese. With more than 2 decades of experience working with local teams in matrix organization for multinationals (Intertek International, Air France, Amadeus It group)  and governments (US Embassy, Presidency of Gabon) , coaching was always an innate skill that allowed me to see the unseen and decode & anticipate situations.

I was a business owner also (consultant for Oberthur Fiduciaire group) and a start-upper launching Africazeva.com.

I also served as West Africa director for Johnson & Johnson,  I was leading the growth strategy for medical devices and technology to unlock the potential of Nigeria.

My mission is to empower and inspire leaders to achieve their goals, overcome their challenges, and transform their organizations.

On a personal note, I am a proud mother of 3 young adults and have been able to balance work and life balance despite the challenges of being a professional woman.

I am also a facilitator of #IAMRemarkable in French and English.

Recently, I was appointed member of the board of directors of Africa Prosperity Network in Ghana.
